WGA “Scene of the Crime” Bi-coastal Rally
About a week ago, I wrote a post on actions you can take to support the writers on strike. One of these actions was actually going out to events and picket line locations to join the writers on strike.
I wrote about this event coming up over on my New York City blog, but I wanted to mention it here as well.
For those of you in either New York City or L.A., there is a bi-coastal event tomorrow to support the writers of crime shows, such as Law and Order and Dexter. Over 35 crime television shows will be represented in these two locations, and fans are invited to come out and participate. The rally is being held in downtown New York where both writers and actors will speak regarding the inaction of the studios and their hopes on coming to a resolution soon.
Locations: Foley Square, Downtown NYC and AMPTP, L.A.
Date and Time: Tuesday, December 18 from 12pm to 2pm

heh, when you say “bi-coastal” i automatically
recall the scene in Kiss the Girls with morgan
freeman giving ashley judd a little chuckle about
her candidness towards the serial killers..
@ Soma: Ha. I actually don’t think I’ve seen that movie.
