Coffee, Status and the Blog
Hi everyone! Just taking a quick break from the hours of work to give a status update on the progress of my WIP.
1. Coffee is my friend. I took a nap tonight when I got home from the day job, and when I woke up, I was quite groggy. A trip to Dunkin Donuts for a large iced coffee solved that dilemma, and I’ve been clacking away at the keyboard ever since.
2. This is my current status as of 11pm EST.

56,739 / 70,000 Words (81.00%)
Because of the nap and the coffee, I’ll be up for awhile. I had a goal of meeting 60k tonight, but I’m not sure if I’ll make it. That’s fine. I only have three chapters and an epilogue left. So close!
3. This week hasn’t held many interesting posts here, but once the hectic schedule of the past few days and the next few days is over, I’ll be able to get back to normal blog land. I have some great books to review, especially one next week for an author going on his debut novel blog tour. It’s a YA fantasy, and it’s absolutely terrific. I’ll be posting that next week with a contest to win one of the ARCs.
